Airport Commercial has responsibility for a wide range of commercial agreements including leases, licences and concessions. These agreements cover areas such as advertising, paid car parking, car rentals, tenancy leases, hangar licences, aircraft parking and the management and development of the airport land bank.

Hangar Space
Rockhampton Airport has a hangar complex with 9 spaces available for lease. These hangars are located airside with approximate measurements of 15m(w) x 12m(d) x 4.4m(h). Flooring is a bluestone gravel and the hangar comes equipped with a light and powerpoint.

Security Approved Contractor
To become a “Security Approved Contractor”, the requesting company needs to complete the Statement of Acceptance of Conditions – working in a Landside Security Zone as an approved Contractor at Rockhampton Airport application form(PDF, 248KB).
Completed application forms are to be forwarded to Airport Administration for sign-off and approval by the Senior Coordinator Airport Operations.
